We are delighted to announce a New Region in Scotland. The club has grown beyond our dreams and it is now time to develop a new Region so that we can cater for all the new members and enquiries. Both regions will run together meeting over the months on runs and at shows, but all will still be under chairman Mike McCormick.
Bill Ross will take control from the first meeting, and it will be on March 17th at the J.G Ross Cafe, Inverurie Aberdeenshire at 1pm.
This is a very exciting chance to rebuild the club to even greater heights. Everyone is welcome and we hope to have a great turnout for this meeting with some really special cars.

With less than a week to go to our 2nd Scottish National Day, we have managed to secure thanks to the Jaguar and Daimler Heritage Trust, the visit of the villan’s 1998 XKR from the James Bond film “Die another day”.
The film was released in 2002 and the car was the car of Zao, the main villan., played by Rick Yune. The car was equipped with a Gatling gun mounted centrally behind the seats, while further armaments included missiles fired through the front grille, rocket launchers in the doors and mortar bombs in the boot.
There were eight Jaguar XKR cars used in filming. Half of these were standard cars, the rest were rather more special as they were built with a four-wheel drive chassis. All were finished in the same metallic light green that was used for the Jaguar Racing Formula One Grand Prix cars.
The reason it was necessary to re-build both the Jaguar, and Bond’s Aston Martin, with four wheel drive, is that these cars featured in one of the most amazing sequences in the film, a dramatic car chase on ice, filmed on location in Iceland in early 2002.
The pictures below show this amazing car. So come along to Bo’ness to see for yourself.
These are just a selection of some of the cars at Bo’ness on the 2nd September this year. Come along and see all 55 cars on display.
